This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit aktoploika.eu, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In short: there are no user accounts or forms, we set no cookies of our own, our statistics are cookieless, and partner content that uses cookies loads only if you agree.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. To deliver pages and protect the service against abuse, Vercel processes technical request data: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only briefly, in line with Vercel's retention periods. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in Vercel's Data Processing Addendum. See Vercel's privacy policy.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are read, which partner links are clicked and how fast pages load. These tools set no cookies and store nothing on your device. Visitors are counted with a hash of the request (pseudonymous data) that is discarded after 24 hours; your IP address is not stored. We only see aggregated figures such as page views, referring websites, country, device type, and the partner and page of a link click. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time (see section 8).
Your choice for each partner is saved in your browser's local storage under the key “aktoploika-consent”. It never leaves your device and is strictly necessary to respect your choice. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Two features are provided directly by partners and load only after you agree — either with “Accept” in the banner (both partners) or with the feature's own button (that partner only):
Once loaded, your browser connects to the partner, which receives your IP address and device data and may set its own cookies, as described in its privacy policy (for example Ferryhopper's privacy policy). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; the page then reloads so no partner code keeps running. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before. Without consent the site still works — you get a plain link instead.
Many links lead to partners: Ferryhopper (ferry tickets), DiscoverCars (car rental), GetYourGuide (tours) and Welcome Pickups (transfers, via the Travelpayouts network). These links carry our partner ID so the partner can pay us a commission; your price is the same. Clicking a link takes you to the partner's website, where its own privacy policy applies. We never receive your name, contact details or booking details — only aggregated commission reports.
Weather and sailing-conditions data are fetched by our server from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway). No information about you is sent to MET Norway.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@webee.gr and we will reply within one month. Because we keep almost no personal data and cannot link statistics to a person, we may be unable to identify data about you (Art. 11 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) — or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
We don't sell personal data, show personalised ads, build profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects about you. The site has no user accounts, newsletters or contact forms.
We update this policy whenever the site changes how it handles data.
